I am writing to complain about the digital audio player I bought at your shop in Ustroń two weeks ago. It is the newest model of Samsung. The digital audio player worked perfectly well for the first five days. But on the sixth day it has packed up. It has not replay the music. I tried to recharge the battery, but it did not help. I came to a conclusion that the headphones might have been broken. I checked it up. They are in good order. As the digital audio player is still under guarantee I decided to write to you.
I am afraid I must ask you to check my digital audio player. If you cannot fix it in one week I hope you will replace. If it is impossible I demand a refund.
