Ok done also the new J519 full integration.
A lot of thanks to my dear friend Emil alias audiR8 from Bulgaria for the support with the wiring diagrams and informations about the correct assigement of the J519 pins on the new cars and the right coding too.
We have to know that on the new Q7 the turn light on ext. mirror are driven over CAN by wires coming from the new front doors electronics modules with code 8K and long coding operation, unfortunately my car has the "old" Doors Electronics and this explains because I did find on my T32b/3 and T32b/14 connector the wires of those L/R turn signal leds on the external mirrors. With the new J519 unit those pins are exactliy the pin which correctly drive the front DRL'S Leds so I had to extract the wires from 3 and 14 position and moved there the wires from the pin 4/15.
The right coding for the new 09: Cent. Elect. is 0033121 and not 0035121 as I did so after moving the wires to the correct position, recoded the ecu and erased the faults on Cont. 09 my front LEDS was perfectly working.
Finally the wires of the external mirrors turn signals have been soldiered on the right positions on the J519 output for the Front Turn signal Leds and exactly
for L side from T32b/3 to T12b/10 and
for R side: from T32b/14 to T12b/9

I installed today a complete facelift on another Q7-3.0TDI-2007.
I decided not to replace the J519 controller instead i played with some resisitors and capacitors in order to supress the 5V bulb cold test that the old J519 unit is sending every 30 seconds and cause the turn signal leds to flash briefly.

I found that a warning canceler that comes usually with an aftermarket xenon kit does the job perfectly.

This device connected between the J519 and the turn signal leds, cancels the sporadic flash and does not cause any errors on the FIS.

The price here in Romania for 2 units like this is about 50 Euro (VAT included) which is about 1/4 of the new J519 price.
I found many models on ebay at even smaller prices.

Here are some pictures of the unit that i took during installation.
Sorry for the quality but i used my iphone.
