INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Please note : Dynamic Virus Protection (DVP) can cause installation problems. Disabling DVP is recommended before installing Ease ! Installing EASE 4.3 requires very little effort. 1. Insert the EASE 4.3 for Windows CD-ROM into your CD drive. Setup should launch automatically. If not, open Add/Remove Programs applet from the Control Panel and click on the Install push button. 2. Follow the installation directions as prompted. 3. Installation will copy the EASE program to your hard drive. You can also install the Examples, Speakers, Materials, Textures, Lights and Infrared Devices data files at the same time as the program: select the Complete Install option when asked. 4. After you have finished with the main installation, insert the Key CD to install the Ease Guard program. 5. After you have finished with the Ease Guard installation, start Ease by double clicking the Ease icon. 6. When the first window opens the program will be in the Demo mode. Click on the Help dropdown menu, and then click on Register. 7. This will open the Ease Guard program. 8. Click on the Download Licence Button if your computer has internet access. This will download an Ease licence from our web server. If the "licence successfully installed" message appears Ease is unlocked with all purchased features. 9. If your computer doesn't have internet access click the "Licencing by File" button and following the Instructions in the Ease Online Help to unlock Ease by file. 10.In cases of Ease licencing problems contact the Ease Licence support under licence@ada-acousticdesign.de *The EASE Online Help is also available as pdf file in the "Easepath\Ease40Manual" folder.
