2 .Site analysis report.
Civil engineering procedure :
1. Access to the site :
The main entrance: for Observation Tower is from Watson street
Through by exist bridge.
After crossing the bridge. We are going through by footpath.
On the right hand side is our existing field which will be our site for the Observation Tower
2. Availability of utilities (Water ,sewerage , electricity ,gas and telecommunication) : .
a)Water
Water is not required . The pipes of water could be extended from Watson street . There is the nearest point with access to the water and Trunk Main(local)
b)Severage
Sewerage is not required .
c)Electricity
Solution for Electricty : The red cabel (HV 11KW) was extended to tower following black marks points. Black Point which are able to see on the map(above). Tower for cables are required. That red one cable is overhead type .
d) Gas is not required.
e)Telecommunication is not required.
3. Flooding Risk : Our tower hasn’t got any flooding risk . The ground around have got plants which are natural protect shield. The ground level is higher than surrounded area .The plants like moss, ferr are not noticed.
4. Physical properties of the ground :
The existing plants could tell us that ground is similar as the whole field.
