We did overload the mixer in places, I'm afraid, but I hope you can forgive us - we were having fun. We were lucky to have Marcel drafted in from FSP to help out as we were a man down. The line-up was Tom, Ruud, Marcel and me. I am very willing to admit that I had been listening to side 3 (remember those) of "Encore" for some inspiration. Listening to this still reminds me of what a great time we had playing the concert and recording hours of DATs during the days beforehand in Ruud's house. It was from those DATs that "Kubient" emerged, or "Ambient Utrecht" as it was originally called".
