Fixed: TV Bugs
1) CR23373: TV Screen split when you play MPEG/AVI in PAL mode 8x6
2) CR23057: TV screen is splited.
) CR23602: PAL TV enabled, desktop resolution 8x6. Launch a video clip. Screen splits into two pieces.
) CR23828: Shadow Master: the game is so bright the game is unplayable
) CR23731: Truespace3: Click 'Render Object' or 'Render Scene' all objects are rendering in incorrect colors.
) CR23852: Shogo: In the letter-box cut scenes, sometimes a large single colored polygon appears in the black space.
Note: These bugs are fixed under Win98. Win95 (Elton reports seeing this sometimes). Other machines
