START A SECOND CHANNEL
If you’ve had success with one channel, scale up and start another. It could be a
daily vlog channel, a channel on another passion, or it could simply be a behind
the scenes channel of your main channel.
If you’re building channels around money making niches as well, rinse and
repeat the process. The more channels you have, the more chance of success.
Remember, consistency and uploading often will help you achieve success on
YouTube. Imagine publishing a video a day across multiple channels in multiple
niches?
High Ticket Coaching/Mastermind
If you establish a targeted audience, you’re going to establish influence. People
will want to work with you, network with you and get personal advice from you.
Offer coaching, mastermind sessions, public meet ups and events and charge a
high price.
Think about it. All the knowledge you share on YouTube, they receive for free. It
then makes selling to them a lot easier.
Here are some specific ideas…
1 on 1 Coaching
– How much could you charge for an hour of your time?
Maybe once a week? Your YouTube channel will highlight your expertees,
positioning yourself as an expert within your field. Offer 1 on 1 coaching for an
hourly rate, or for a weekly rate.
8 Week Masterclass – Give them access to exclusive video training and tasks to
complete within an 8-‐week period. Schedule a one-‐hour call with them per week,
or even run a mastermind webinar with every paying client to save time. Offer
personal value, and value your time wisely.
Public Events
– Becoming an authority within your niche will almost give
you celebrity status. You could arrange a public meet up, such as a seminar or a
mastermind and invite people to join.
You could open the seminar to anyone, with a low fee for entrance and then sell
them high ticket coaching at the seminar. You could also charge a high price for
attendance. Again, focus on value.
BUILD AN EMAIL LIST/FUNNEL
Have you ever heard the money is in the list? Believe it or not, email marketing is
still an integral part of most online businesses. Once we start to generate views
and subscribers, you might want to start collecting and marketing to an email
list.

The Funnel
Upon capturing emails, you want to then create a follow up sequence to send to
your email subscribers. This is pretty easy to do using any of the services
provided below, and here’s an overview of the kind of emails you need to send.
This below is a basic version of an email funnel; you could extend it to a 30 day
campaign, a 60 day campaign and even a 90 day campaign. You might also want
to spread the emails out more so they don’t get annoyed with the daily emails.
Follow Up 1 (Straight Away)
– Send them a welcome email, be friendly and
build rapport. If you’re giving something away, link to the download page within
the email.
Follow Up 2 (A Day After)
– Send them an email that grabs their attention, gives
the value and builds credibility. Again, keep it personal.
Follow Up 3 (A Day After)
– Another content email, but this time give them
something else for free (another video, another eBook, an exclusive discount
code)
Follow Up 4 (A Day After)
– Present a problem, and at the end of the email let
them know the solution to the problem will be sent via email tomorrow in an
exclusive video.
Follow Up 5 (A Day After)
– Send them the video, which presents the solution
to the problem (which is of course what you’re selling)
Follow Up 6 (A Day After)
– Email it again, but these times include a direct link
to the sales page within the email too.

– On all of the auto responders recommended above,
you’re given the possibility to email the people who don’t open. This increases
your open rate and of course the amount of clicks you’ll send.
Monetize
– You could send your email list affiliate promotions, links to your own
products, links to high-‐ticket coaching and public events… anything. Once you
build the trust and credibility, you can simply broadcast, and make money.
